Brandon Towner

Founder & CEO

Brandon Towner is the founder, creator and Chief Executive Officer of FAVER Inc. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in International Business at the Woodbury School of Business, Brandon began his career in Software at a publicly traded tech company specializing in digital marketing technology. Brandon has sustained a successful career in Enterprise Digital Marketing Software for more than a decade, with tenure at both early-stage startups as well as global tech giants such as Adobe and Oracle. Brandon has had the opportunity to rub shoulders with, and learn from, the keenest minds and biggest leaders in the world of online marketing. Brandon has a passion for technology and improving the lives of consumers. 'Life is short. I created FAVER to help people live life better and make meaningful memories with the limited time we have to make them.'

Jason Towner

Technology Advisor

Jason is an entrepreneur and software engineer with 16 years of tech industry experience in digital design, software development, software architecture and team management. Jason has worked with companies at various stages and sizes in roles that include co-founder and leadership positions at various startups and small companies. His Software Engineering experience includes: eBay-Team Lead; 1-800 Contacts + glasses.com-Tech Lead; OODA Health-Team Lead, Jane.com-Sr. Software Engineer; and others.

Jason is a passionate technologist who pushes to bring the best experiences to the products he builds.

David Spafford

Co-Founder/Partner & Advisor

David Spafford founded Megahertz Corporation in 1985, while attending the University of Utah, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts, Marketing. The company went public in 1993 and sold in 1995 to U.S. Robotics in a transaction valued at $403 million. Spafford served as its president, vice president of sales and marketing, and executive vice president before retiring at age 34. Due to his successes and contributions to the technology space in Utah, Spafford was inducted into the Utah Technology Council Hall of Fame.
Since 1995, David has gone on to enjoy traveling, serving in his church, serving on corporate boards, investing in real estate, advising other entrepreneurs on their startups, and helping accelerate the growth of the Carmen Pingree Center of Learning for Children with Autism.
Some of the companies David Spafford has been involved with as a board member, advisor or investor are: Cirque, Parklane, Wentworth Properties, and other senior living centers; various real estate holdings in Utah, California, and New York; Great Basin Scientific; ARG, BrightPoint Creative, Cherry, HighStreet Global, a venture capital, capital management, and fund of funds company in Energy, Healthcare, and Information Technology.

Mark Springer

Chief Financial Officer

Mark A. Springer, CPA, MBA, has over 30 years of experience as a CPA, CFO, and a financial consultant. Mark started his career in public accounting in 1990 while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at the University of Utah followed by a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University. He started his CPA practice in 1996, where he has been serving companies of various sizes from start-ups to companies above $100 Million in revenue.

Mark has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice-president of Finance for companies in the SaaS industry and has extensive experience as an interim CFO for companies of various sizes in various industries including technology, construction, real estate, car dealerships, and medical practices.

Natalie Jenkins House

Strategic Advisor

Natalie has over two decades of experience in marketing with a focus on customer- and data-driven go-to-market approaches designed to drive growth, engagement, loyalty and advocacy. Natalie's expertise includes go-to-market strategy, brand and persona development, customer experience strategies and customer journey mapping, product marketing and messaging, demand creation, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing programs, web and digital experience, marketing KPI management and dashboard development. Natalie has been responsible for digital experience and marketing initiatives for companies such as Adobe, Vivint, Traeger Grills, Pluralsight, Domo and others.

David Hardy

Chief Legal Counsel

Mr. Hardy has over thirty years of experience representing and advising technology companies from inception, through going public, to ultimate acquisition. He has worked both in private law practice – focusing on corporate, securities, startups, technology, intellectual property, and venture law – and in public-company executive management serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Megahertz Corporation. He is a co-founder of Lifescape.com, an innovative web/mobile content and media platform, and a co-founder of Boston-based DMCA Solutions, a provider of digital content management and Internet anti-piracy solutions. Mr. Hardy currently maintains a private business law practice in Salt Lake City, Utah.

CJ Little

Strategic Advisor

CJ is a Technologist and Entrepreneur who began programming at age 4, was managing several internet nodes and forums by age 12 and began his official career in Software Development in Gaming Development at age 16.

CJ's strengths lie in leading the technology and product vision, developing the idea, executing its delivery, and scaling the operations.
